Created and maintained databases and tables using T-SQL. Utilized SSMS, Snowflake, SSIS, and Snowflake to manipulate and data as needed to increase consisten and uniform data. Analyzed data and provided ad hoc reports and visualizations using SSRS and DOMO. Spearheaded several integrations with outside vendors, research projects as well as internally between different departments.
Configured the electronic health record (EHR) settings to meet the business needs; requests of medical operations as well as increase functionality of the EHR.. Idententified key issues and worked with the EHR product support team to troubleshoot and resolve said issues. Provided detailed support and training on the EHR during product upgrades and through several acquisitions.

Facilitated training and established evaluation metrics to measure quality of training and new hires. Oversaw the training of over 300 employees. Conducted assessments to identify training needs from the perspective of those being trained and the business needs. Wroked with onsite team members to address skill gaps and inadequacies in new hires. Pioneered the launch of e-learning at CityMD while providing support and assisting in the development/maintenance of e-learnng content for multiple training departments.
